Maize Starch ( Corn Flour)
Corn flour is 100% stone ground from maize and contains all of the bran, germ and endosperm.
Mix 3 coffee spoons of AL DIWAN cornflour with 2 tablespoons of cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Add 228ml of boiling milk and return to the boil for 2-3 minutes and sweeten it as per your taste. You can thicken the mixture by using milk instead of water in the preparatory stage.
