Bread crumbs are an amazingly versatile ingredient that can thicken, bulk or bind meat mixtures or be used to add a crunchy coating or topping to a dish.
Directions:
1.In a bowl mix Wheat, Salt and Pepper
2.Coat shrimp, Fish, Chicken or Vegetable with wheat flour.
3.Dip the prepared food into a beaten egg or dip into batter mixed for better coating.
4.Coat the chicken, Fish etc. Completly by pressing firmly into AlDiwan bread crumbs.
5.Bake for 15min or until the breading is golden brown or fry in oil at 180°C (365 F) until cooking through and golden brown.
